NM Art & Design created a holiday home in Cyprus as part of the signature beachfront development Del Mar.

The apartment features three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the sea.

Inspired by the natural beauty of Cyprus, the design reflects the island’s colors: sea blues, sandy neutrals, sun- dried grass tones, and the warm hues of sunsets. These are echoed in the textures of textiles, furniture, and artworks.

The design combines minimalism and ergonomics with timeless vintage pieces, creating a light and relaxed atmosphere that defines the project ’s overall aesthetic.
